Our vision is to provide sustainable, innovative and practical services to development and maintenance of tunnelling and mining practices. Our diversified team is formed by highly experienced engineers and researchers from the fields of tunnelling, mining and data sciences. We involve in a range of research and industry projects, aiming to provide clients with practical and customised solutions that can solve problems occurred at every stage of tunnel/mining lifecycle.

Consulting and training services are provided by our team of scientists and engineers with academic and industry backgrounds, to ensure a delivery of innovative and focused solutions. Our experts hold global and local PhD and CPEng certifications. Our consultants worked on projects across multiple continents while maintaining cooperation with international research teams and consultancies.

With a PhD in Structural Geology and Rock Mechanics from Imperial College London, Ian has over 35 years of experiences in geological and resources explorations, mineral and energy production, technology development, business and corporate management.

Senior Consultant: Dr Yingxin Zhou
With a PhD in mining engineering from Virginia Tech, Yingxin has over 35 years of experience in technology development, engineering and project management associated with rock engineering and underground space development.

Senior Consultant: Prof Jian Zhao
With a PhD in Engineering Rock Mechanics from Imperial College London, Jian has over 35 years of experiences in geological and geotechnical engineering, tunnelling and underground technology, research and engineering consulting.
